Refund & Replacement Policy

At Postor PK, we take pride in delivering high-quality wall art and framed products. Each order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if your item arrives damaged, we are here to assist you under the terms below.


1. No Refund Policy

Postor PK does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All sales are final.


2. Replacement Policy (Damaged Items Only)

We only offer replacement in the case of a damaged product, subject to the following strict conditions:

  • The damage must have occurred during shipping.

  • The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.

  • Clear photos and/or video proof of:

    • The damaged product

    • The packaging (outer box and inner packaging)
      must be provided.

Failure to report the issue within 24 hours of delivery will make the product ineligible for replacement.


3. Non-Eligible Cases

Replacement will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect size selection by customer

  • Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen differences

  • Damage reported after 24 hours of delivery

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery


4. Replacement Process

If your claim meets the above conditions:

  1. Our team will review the evidence.

  2. Once approved, a replacement product will be dispatched.

  3. No refund will be issued at any stage.

To report damage within 24 hours, please contact us via:

  • Provide your Order Number

  • Attach required photos/videos
